Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glimpse, a product operated by Schema Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), available at useglimpse.app. By creating an account or using Glimpse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glimpse. If you are using Glimpse on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at dev@schemalabs.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account, create multiple free accounts to circumvent limits, or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glimpse to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harass other individuals
- Scrape or harvest data from platforms in violation of their terms of service
- Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Glimpse
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform
- Use the platform to train competing AI models or products
- Resell or sublicense access to Glimpse without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits & Billing
Glimpse operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features including chat, agent runs, content generation, lead enrichment, and email discovery. Credit costs are displayed in the platform and subject to change with notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Top-up credits are purchased as one-time add-ons and are non-refundable once consumed.
Unused monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
All prices are in USD. We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
5. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at dev@schemalabs.xyz.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Glimpse ("Your Content"). By using Glimpse, you grant Schema Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, and complies with applicable laws.
AI-generated outputs are provided as drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any content before using it in your business.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Glimpse integrates with third-party services such as Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, Google Drive, and others. Your use of those integrations is governed by the respective third party's terms of service. Schema Labs is not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of third-party services.
8. AI & Agent Outputs
Glimpse uses large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to generate content, leads, and outreach drafts. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content requires human review before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of lead data, enrichment results, or web research
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI outputs in your business or outreach
9. Intellectual Property
The Glimpse platform, including its interface, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Schema Labs. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use Schema Labs's trademarks, logos, or product names.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Glimpse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schema Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Glimpse. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid to Schema Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schema Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Glimpse, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Glimpse at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Glimpse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by law.
