This Privacy Policy describes how Schema Labs ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Glimpse (available at useglimpse.app). By using Glimpse, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive the information that provider shares with us.
Workspace & Usage Data
We store workspaces, agents, leads, content, and other data you create or upload within Glimpse. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions, page views, and session durations to improve the product.
Billing Information
Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may store billing metadata such as plan tier, transaction IDs, and credit balances.
Integration Data
If you connect third-party services (Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.) via our integrations, we access only the scopes you authorize and process that data solely to perform the requested agent actions.
Log & Device Data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and diagnostic logs when you use Glimpse.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Glimpse platform
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account
- To execute AI agent tasks on your behalf (lead research, content generation, outreach drafting)
- To process billing and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, agent run notifications)
- To respond to support requests and communicate product updates
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate Glimpse, including cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase/Neon), AI providers (OpenAI), email delivery (Resend), billing (Stripe), and integration orchestration (Composio). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers: If Schema Labs is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Glimpse uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect product functionality.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a structured format)
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Children's Privacy
Glimpse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on Glimpse. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
